Best Rebecca Build in Duet Night Abyss

Rebecca is the best farmer in Duet Night Abyss, so make sure you know how to build her.

Rebecca is one of the first characters you will unlock in Duet Night Abyss, and carries herself well into the endgame, so you'll want to build her up properly. In fact, she’s one of the most useful units in the game, mostly thanks to her utility as a dedicated farming unit in commissions. With that in mind, here are the best builds to use for Rebecca, taking into account (mostly) early game scenarios.

Rebecca scales off Hydro DMG, and you should take this into consideration when you build her. With that in mind, here’s the best build for Rebecca, including her weapons and Geniemons in focus.

This is based on a pretty early game build, and will be updated later on to focus on late game progression.

Best Melee Weapon for Rebecca

The best weapon for Rebecca is the Vemal Jade Halberd. This particular weapon pairs nicely with her overall kit, boosting her attack speed by 25% (letting her stack those debuffs quicker), in addition to dealing 45% additional damage to debuffed targets.

Once you have enough resources to craft it, try grabbing the Siren’s Kiss as well, which is the meta melee weapon for Rebecca (and other top tier characters in Duet Night Abyss. Siren's Kiss boosts her skill range and attack speed.

Best Ranged Weapon for Rebecca

The best early game ranged weapon for Rebecca is the Soulrend. This bow increases her skill range by 36% at the base level, making her abilities a lot more potent. If you’re looking for a gun, try the Osteobreaker, which increases her skill’s duration, letting you stack Poison of Love for a longer duration.

Best Geniemon for Rebecca

When it comes to Geniemons in early game for Rebecca, go with the Miraculous Bunniva, which is unlocked very early on during exploration. This Geniemon boosts the ATK of all summoned units (such as the Aurelia Aurita), in addition to increasing the Hydro ATK % of allies.

Ultimately though, you’ll want to focus on farming Hydraelf instead. Hydraelf is an amazing Geniemon that boosts the Hydro ATK of the character. Most importantly, it boosts Rebecca’s damage directly, depending on the number of Aurelia Aurita on the field.

Skills to Prioritize for Rebecca

Like most characters in Duet Night Abyss, Rebecca has her own skills to focus on. The Skill we recommend you prioritize are at the top of the table, with priority going down as you go down the list.

PassiveEffect
DMGUltimate ability, deals Hydro DMG in an AoE. DMG scales on the number of Poison of Love stacks.

The most damage you’ll deal with Rebecca will be when using her Ultimate. This is a very useful skill to have for clearing through large mobs.
Summon
Summons up to 3 Aurelia Aurita companion NPCs. These inherit Rebecca’s stats and deal Hydro DMG to enemies continuously.

These will your main source of consistent damage. Make sure to invest in this skill once you’re done with the Ultimate.
PassiveApplies the Poison of Love debuff on enemies when attacking with melee weapons. This is stackable.

Upgrading this is more of a QoL change. It certainly helps to have it, but you should prioritize the other two first.

Best Teams for Rebecca

You’ll want to use Rebecca with the Phoxhunter, along with Truffle and Filbert to make a complete trio.

Rebecca acts as the main DPS in this team, dealing Hydro damage over time to enemy units. Truffle and Filbert are your main support units, providing buffs and heals to keep Rebecca alive and well during the battle.

Phoxhunter is a decent filler character in the third slot, until you have access to better options. That being said, the Phoxhunter is more than capable in battle as a support, providing shields and damage buffs.
