To hunt for breed-exclusive Mythics, you can either use the Volume Approach—spam-breeding a massive inventory of Red Pandas, Kitsunes, and Axolotls to maximize rolls despite low food and a clunky UI—or the Elite 26 Strategy. The latter involves filling your pen with a high-level mix (13 Red Pandas, 6 Axolotls, and 7 Kitsunes) to boost your odds through quality; once you hatch a prize like a Galaxy Kitsune, keep it sidelined until you have a second Galaxy type to pair them up.
There are specific pet breeding combinations that you need to do to get legendary pets. Here is a list of all breeding combinations:
To get Galaxy Kitsune Breed: Kitsune + Red Panda
To get Galaxy Axolotl Breed: Axolotl + Red Panda
To get Celestial Griffin Breed: Griffin + Cosmic Griffin
