The Oliver is an NPC on the Lost Jungle Island who is waiting for a Demolition Crew from the Oil Rig POI to arrive in order to save his partner. However, the demolition Crew will only travel to the island if you meet a few of their conditions. So, if you are wondering what these conditions are, the location of the Oliver NPC, and the rewards for finishing the quest. Here is a detailed guide.
Where is the Oliver NPC in Fisch?

You can find the Oliver NPC in Fisch on the Lost Jungle Island at the GPS (-2975, 143, -2162) near a small ledge with a large boulder towards his left side. Interact with the NPC, and you can start the quest, which revolves around finding five construction workers or the demolition crew to drill down the boulder.
All 5 Demolition Crew Locations & Quest
All of these 5 Demolition Crews are located on the Oil Rig, and each of them will give a unique quest that must be completed in order to make them travel to the Lost Jungle and finish the quest. Below, I have listed all their locations and how to complete their quests.
Paul

Paul is the first Demolition Worker NPC, found at GPS (-1864, 224, -437) at the building's entrance. He will ask you to fish x1 Atlantean Captain's Goldfish back to him. This is a mythical fish that you can catch at Forsaken Shores under the following conditions:
- Bait: Truffle Worm
- Season: Summer
- Weather: None
- Timing: Day
Since we need the Atlantean Mutation, you must either use a Trident Rod (30% chance) or a Dead Man's Rod(10% chance) to obtain it.
Theo

You can locate Theo next to a fallen railing on the western side of the Oil Rig at (-1951, 224, -416). Speak with him, and he will ask you to get him an x1 pufferflute. This is a musical fish that players can catch at the Crystal Cove under the following conditions.
- Bait: Flakes
- Season: Autumn
- Weather: Clear
- Timing: Day
The most suitable rods for these quests are the Trident Rod, Neptune, Northpole, and the Evil Pitchfork.
Elias

If you enter the Oil Rig Building, you can find the Elias NPC in the left room, opposite the Scientist's room, at GPS (-1980,227,-477). He will give you the easiest quest out of all, which is to catch x1 Sea Mines using a Crab Cage. Purchase some Crab Cages from the Moosewood Merchant and head straight to the Desolate Deep and place some Cages to get this item easily. Also, ensure to place it under Clear conditions to improve your chance.
Hayden

Hayden is another easy NPC to locate as he stands opposite Paul at the right entrance. He will ask for x1 Banana as he is extremely hungry. The Banana is a secret fish found at the Ancient Isle under the mentioned conditions.
- Bait: None
- Season: Summer
- Weather: Rain
- Timing: None
Being a Secret Tier item, you need a lot of luck to catch the object. So, something like Blade of Glorp, Resourceful Rod, and anything with a high luck stat would be ideal.
Samuel

Samuel will be the last Demolition Crew NPC you encounter on the Oil Rig, as he is at the back of the building. Go to the back and climb the ladder to find Samuel at the top at GPS (-2024, 254,-449). For his quest, he will ask you to bring an x1 Rubber Ducky as he is very fond of Ducks. You can easily reel in a Rubber Ducky from Vertigo under the given conditions.
- Bait: None
- Season: None
- Weather: Rain
- Timing: None
Since we need Rain, I suggest popping some Tempest Totems and then using the likes of Training, Nate's Blade, & Electric Guitar to catch the item.
Once all of these quests are completed, you can return and speak with Oliver to get the following reward.
- x50 Thorn Cluster
- x1 Flower Glider
- x1 Dream Orchid
- x1 Mysterious Seed
- Boulder Basher Title
Fisch Oilver Quest FAQs
The Oilver NPC wears a brown shirt and pants near the ledge where you can spear fish at the Lost Jungle. He looks in extreme distress, thinking about his partner. Interacting with him will start the Demolition Crew Quest.
After bringing in the entire Demolition Crew, the Boulder is removed, revealing a purple mist behind it. This is a poisonous mist that players cannot walk through, and in fact, this entire quest is a lead-up to the Jungle Expansion update slated to release in March. So, the mystery of Oliver's missing partner will continue in the following update.
The best rods to finish the Oliver's Quest in Fisch include the Training Rod, Trident Rod, Evil Pitch Fork, North Pole, and Blade of Glorp. Along with that, you can use any rod with a high luck factor with the appropriate baits to catch the high-tier fish.
