With the Sea 2 update, the devs have added DIO to Sailor Piece. You can now obtain The World Stand, but you’ll first need to unlock Sea 2. How to Get The World in Sailor Piece
You can get The World Spec in Sailor Piece by talking to The World Seller NPC at Bizarre Island in Sea 2. When you spawn at the Bizarre Island, go right to find a clock tower. Go behind the clock tower to find the World Seller NPC standing on top of a building.

How to Unlock The World F Move in Sailor Piece
To unlock The World F Move, you’ll have to complete a questline from The World Master NPC. You can find the NPC in the left corner of the Bizarre Island. Talk to him and complete the following questline to unlock the F move for the DIO Spec in Sailor Piece:
- Defeat The World Boss 20 times on Hard+ difficulty.
- Use The World V Move to Timestop NPCs 250 times.
- Defeat any World Boss while using The World Spec 10 times.
- Defeat 10 Sea Beasts while using The World Spec.
This is one of the hardest mastery quests in the game right now and will definitely take plenty of time to complete, especially the final quest that requires you to defeat 10 Sea Beasts.
If you can complete the quest, you’ll not only unlock the F move but also get a permanent +30% damage buff for The World Spec.
Where is The World Boss in Sailor Piece
If you want to get The World Spec in Sailor Piece, you’ll have to grind The World Boss to get all the items and materials required. The World Boss can be spawned at the Bizarre Island by talking to the World Boss Summoner NPC.
You’ll need Dominion Brand to summon The World Boss, which you can get by defeating the Strong Bandit mob. Higher difficulty requires more Dominion Brands. Spawning the boss at a higher difficulty will also increase the drop chances, but also make the boss fight more difficult.

The World Master NPC is in the left corner of the Bizarre Island on Sailor Piece. Talk to him to start the questline to unlock The World F Move and get a +30% Damage buff.
The World Boss at Bizarre Island drops the Time Tyrant title. Defeat the boss at higher difficulty to increase your chances of getting the title. When equipped, the Time Tyrant title gives a +92.5% Damage buff.
The World Outfit is dropped by The World Boss at Bizarre Island. You’ll get a +115% Defense, +82% Damage, and +15% Damag Reduction by equipping the World Outfit (E0).
