Brainrots are collectibles scattered throughout the map. Common ones are found early on, while rare and ultra-rare Brainrots only appear in the deeper zones. Collecting them fills your Brainrot Index, which unlocks big bonus rewards.
Use your Brainrot Rocket Launcher to blow through walls. Each wall requires a higher power level than the last. The deeper you go, the rarer the Brainrots you'll find. The endgame is reaching the farthest zones, collecting the best Brainrots, and rebirching for even more power.
Rebirthing resets your run but gives you a permanent multiplier on your power gain. It's a prestige mechanic — you'll blast through early walls much faster than before, and the strongest Brainrots in the game become accessible only after rebirthing.
