Our Heal Druid Deck List Guide takes a look at this new archetype that is being supported in the Rise of Shadows expansion! While it hasn't been tested yet, there's some interesting cards supporting that have the possibility of setting up a new deck style for the class. We're taking an early theorycraft look at the deck, but eventually we'll have a full mulligan guide, card choices & substitutions, and the best deck list for the meta!
Druid's getting a lot of healing synergy in the Rise of Shadows expansion, but this would be a new style of archetype that has yet to be proven viable. It might need a bit more support than it got so far, but there's a chance we'll see a deck centered around this strategy or at the very least a deck that splashes this style of play.
Heal Druid Deck List in Rise of Shadows
Heal Druid is pretty suspect at the moment, but Thijs' version was having some success. I like this build a bit more than the others I've seen, and it might be worth giving a shot! We'll be updating this deck guide soon.

There's quite a few healing-centric cards in the Rise of Shadows expansion for Druid. I'm not sure which will make the list, but let's take a look at all of the options.
Crystal Power
Flexible card that partial does the healing we want, and also can remove a minion off the board. Also, a couple of the cards we might be using require 5 healing to be triggered, and this does that in one card.
Potion Vendor
Not a card you are going to want to play on turn one, but something that will help protect your board and can trigger some of the cards that require healing.
Dreamway Guardians
Get a couple of early game minions that can fight for your board and they also can heal you up a bit in the process!
Keeper Stalladris
I'm thinking this card is going to see a lot of play in most Druid decks in the future. It just seems pretty strong, especially since Druid is commonly going to be using Choose One cards in just about every archetype.
Lifeweaver
Not a bad stat line for this card, and you get the bonus of getting some cards when you restore health. This card can make a trade, and then you can use something like Potion Vendor to add the random Druid spell to your hand.
Crystal Stag
This shouldn't be too hard to land on curve with the trigger, and it also makes it so you can possibly get a quick trade while getting two 4/4 minions on the board for 5-mana.
Lucentbark
I'm not sure this is good enough to be played. The stat line isn't great and it costs a lot of mana, but you can pretty reliably restore this minion with some of the healing synergy in the deck.
Other Likely Cards for Heal Druid
There's not a ton of other synergy out there, but there are a few options that fit the bill.
- Crystallizer - This will give you some armor and allow you some room for healing. This minion also has solid stats for a 1-drop.
- Soup Vendor - Might be a way for us to draw some cards and use our healing effectively.
- Wrath - Good removal with versatility. Pairs well with Keeper Stalladris.
- Ornery Tortoise - You might actually need to remove some health from yourself to have a way to heal enough to trigger some of your cards. Ornery Tortoise will do this for you while giving you a pretty good minion.
- Swipe - Pretty core Druid card that can clear some boards and do some damage.
- Rotten Applebaum - Decent stats and will give us a heal that we might need.
- Nourish - This is likely a slower deck, so we'll need some draw and Nourish provides the option for both draw and ramp.
- Ancient of Lore - An old card that used to see a ton of play before it was nerfed. It has some versatility that we can use, and also gives us synergy with Keep Stalladris.
