Cure Points (CP for short) are a diversely used resource in Tales of Arise. They are used both for healing and resurrection artes in combat, healing yourself while on the go, and for various side objectives and roadblocks.
There are four different ways to replenish these Cure Points, though only three of these methods are reliable.
You can use items to replenish CP. This is the easiest method as you can both purchase some of these items and you can find them all over the place while adventuring (though, unlike materials, items found this way won't respawn). The three items that can replenish CP are:
- Orange Gel
- Restores 30% of max CP
- Pineapple Gel
- Restores 60% of max CP
- Golden Gel
- Restores 100% of max CP

You can also rest to restore CP. Resting at either an Inn or a Campfire counts for this, and you don't need to cook food to do it.
Speaking of cooking: there are certain dishes you can cook that will restore CP after a battle, letting you stay topped up while on long tracks through new territory. The easiest one of these to make is the Grilled Fish recipe, which can be found in a chest in Mosgul after beating Balseph.
And finally, you can restore all of your CP (as well as HP) at Healing Lights. These are glowing green lights found just before potentially difficult story bosses, usually at the end of dungeons. But unless you're familiar with the game, knowing when these Healing Lights will show up is difficult, and they're only one-time use anyways. The best way to describe these would be "convenient, but don't count on them."
