According to Frogwares, Sherlock Holmes Chapter One is set to launch on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X on Nov. 16, followed by PS4 and Xbox One a few weeks later.
During Sherlock Holmes Chapter One, Sherlock is just 21 years old. As we see him in the books and in many interpretations of the famous detective, he's not the experienced and nuanced detective we see.
As reported in GamesRadar, there aren't any plans for a "Chapter Two." The name "Chapter One" just means that this is Sherlock Holmes becoming an adult.

Arthur Conan Doyle's books aren't referenced in the game, so Frogwares can reinterpret the character freely. As for John Watson, he's replaced by a ghostly companion who appears to haunt Sherlock. Also, Sherlock Holmes Chapter One does not take place in the great detective's regular living area of London. The story is set on the fictional island of Cordona. According to the game's website:
"Set in the 19th century, the vibrant island in the Mediterranean promises anything but paradise. Political corruption and crime run rampant while the islanders cling to tradition and eschew outsiders, making your job even more difficult."
