Best Nature for Shaymin in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Which Nature is best for Shaymin in Pokémon Legends: Arceus?

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, a Pokémon's Nature will affect two of its stat (aside from HP). This is important because having the right Nature on a Pokémon will allow players to use them most efficiently in battle. Players can go with any Nature that compliments their playstyle, but it is usually a good idea to compliment a Pokémon's better stats to give them better performance in battle. A Pokémon's Nature can be found on its summary screen in the in-game menu.

Shaymin, the Mythical "Gratitude" Pokémon, comes in two forms. Sky form is a Grass and Flying-type Pokémon, while Shaymin Land form is solely Grass-type. While Land form is a very versatile Pokémon with its even stats across the board, Sky form Shaymin specializes in speed and special attack in battle.

Best Natures

  • Hasty: Speed (+), Defense (-)
  • Timid: Speed (+), Attack (-)

How to choose the best Nature

Since Shaymin Sky specializes in speed and special attacks in battle, it is a good idea that its Nature reflects that. Since Shaymin's physical attacks aren't as valuable in battle as its special attacks, Timid is a great Nature as it boosts the speed of the Pokémon. Hasty will also boost the Pokémon's speed at the expense of defense, which won't be as important to Shaymin in battle.

These Natures are the best to go alongside the Pokémon's speed stat. Players can go for different Natures if they want to use these Pokémon in a different way, and the best Nature may be different from player to player based on playstyle.
