Regirock has returned to Pokémon Go's weekly Raid Hour once again. During the Raid Hour, players worldwide will see an increase in Tier 5 Raids, all of which will host Regirock: the Iceberg Pokémon!

Schedule
The Raid Hour is hosted every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm local time. Regirock's Raid Hours will be hosted on Feb. 2, 2022. Being hosted local time means that no matter where you are in the world, the Raid Hour will start at exactly 6pm, and you don't have to adjust for time zones.

- Offense
- Weak Against: Fighting, Ground, Steel
- Strong Against: Flying, Bug, Fire, Ice
- Defense
- Weak Against: Fighting, Grass, Ground, Steel, Water
- Strong Against: Fire, Flying, Normal, Poison
- Notes
- Rock types are weak against and vulnerable to Fire, Ground, and Steel. One of these three is best to counter them.
- Since Regirock is weak against three types, you could use the normal weather patterns in your area to determine which one you should use. If it's usually Sunny, go with a Fire Pokémon. If not, try one of the others.

Because Mega Pokémon are rarely used, we opted not to include them in the list of the best counters.
