Before the Storm is the prequel to the original Life is Strange game. It takes you through what happens to Chloe Price prior to Max's return to Arcadia Bay and fully introduces you to the enigma that is Rachel Amber. This episode is full-on Chloe, so of course, it has some graffiti for you to apply.
Like the original game's photos, Before the Storm has 10 pieces of graffiti that you can draw. They act as "collectibles" of sorts. Here is where to find the spots.
Graffiti 1
You will find the first taggable spot when you're at the Old Mill. Before entering the Firewalk venue, go around the back of the RV. It's accessible by walking to the front of the van and then going around to the left. You will find a spot to put up some art once you're away from prying eyes.
Graffiti 2
Once you are inside the Old Mill, you will find the next graffiti spot. Head over to the bar, and then follow it to the left. You will see a saw on the wall, which you can then decorate Chloe-style. You'll notice it next to the crowd if you get a little lost.
Graffiti 3
The third spot you'll graffiti will be on your own turf: in Chloe's bedroom. Walk up to the unicorn poster near the door and tear it down. You will then be left with a nice canvas to put some wise words onto (or teenage angst).

Graffiti 4
After your chat with Joyce, you will head outside for David to take you to school. He will ask you to go and get a socket wrench from his toolbox. It's on the floor in the garage. Take the wrench, and then look at the toolbox again for a prime spot to write some "kind" words to David.
Graffiti 5
When you arrive at Blackwell's campus, you can find your next place to tag. Go straight toward the fountain and then turn left. You will notice an outside stage. Go behind it, and you will find a corner wall that invites you to leave your Sharpie mark on Blackwell.
Graffiti 6
The next opportunity will be inside the school. After being ambushed by Rachel (no complaints) and fetching her belt, go into the dressing room where she is getting changed. On the door to the left of the make-up mirrors you will see a Tempest poster. Graffiti over either Nathan or Rachel.

Graffiti 7
After ditching school, you will find yourself train-hopping with Rachel. She will tell you to take a seat on a nearby piece of cargo. Move the cargo that's to your left, but don't sit down straightaway. Go to the newly accessible part of the train to find some railway poetry to add to behind some crates.
Graffiti 8
Once off the train and at the overlook, you will see a statue facing the viewfinders. Read the plaque, and then look up at the statue to have the option to put history in its place.
Graffiti 9
After the overlook, you will find yourself at the junkyard. Chloe and Rachel will have an argument, and Rachel will leave. After, when Chloe goes on a rampage, go toward the upright Good Kiddos sign and knock it down. Then, go to the red paint cans to the right of the sign and smash those up, too.
Once you have done that, go back to the sign, and the option to graffiti it will be there. You also get to blow off steam in the process by smashing stuff up. You can't get the button wrong, either!
Graffiti 10
Back in William's car, you will have your final graffiti opportunity. Look at the Tempest poster, and then afterward, move it. It will reveal the back of the chair. Before you can write on it, you will have to find your marker.
Look to the left to see a wine bottle with your marker jammed in the top. Interact with it, and then after, you will be able to tag the back of the passenger seat.
