How to solve The Sea’s Legend request in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

It's time to prove your bravery.

Number 66, The Sea’s Legend, is a request that’s unlocked after you’ve captured a Qwilfish and evolved it into an Overquil. The reward for this request is pretty generous (three Comet Shards—which sell for P15,000 each) but the true reward is the location that you unlock during this request: Seaside Hollow, where Phione and Manaphy spawn.

Solving The Sea’s Legend’s riddle is pretty easy: just take your Overquil, a Mantyke, and a Buizel to the north of Sand’s Reach during the evening. There’s an arc in that area where you need to pass through. You’ll know you did it correctly if you hear a Pokémon cry.

After this event, Seaside Hollow will be unlocked. You can find it north of Veilstone Cape (marked with a cave symbol on your Cobalt Coastlands map). You need to surf on Basculegion to reach it.

To complete the request, you have to capture Manaphy. It will be surrounded by three to four Phiones (which you can also capture). You need to hit the storm surrounding it once for it to go away. Then, send your Pokémon out for battle. Manaphy is level 50, so be extra careful if you’re underleveled.
