Sifu is certainly one of the more challenging combat experiences you'll have in a game that's not titled Dark Souls, thanks to an interesting death and aging system every time you die. Thankfully (mercifully) Sifu employs level shortcuts that you can unlock after reaching a certain point in each stage.
There are two unlockable shortcuts in the third level, The Museum—the Museum Keycard and the Elevator Key and you can unlock both by progressing through the level and fighting some tough bosses. Here's what you'll need to do.
Museum Keycard
Keep fighting through the museum until you come across the mini-boss seen above. After you defeat him, you'll get the Museum Keycard. You only have to fight him one-on-one—make sure to have one of the many weapons lying around in the museum and this fight isn't too hard.
After you've gained the Keycard, you'll have access to every floor via the staircase, allowing you to skip some tough encounters against Sean's Disciples and the aforementioned mini-boss.
Elevator Key
Progress through the level and you'll find yourself in a colorful art installation battling two mini-bosses with glowing white legs (seen above). This fight is much easier if you grab the bo staff from the broken statue just before dropping into this room.

Stay defensive and use your dodging skills to find windows of opportunity to attack, then wear them down with heavy combos. Once you've defeated them, you'll get the Elevator Key. After getting the key—anytime you restart The Museum you'll be able to bypass the entire level and head right to the boss by using the Elevator.
