There's nothing like playing a good video game with friends or family members. Whether it is online lobbies with dozens of players or a casual couch co-op, multiplayer can really enhance gameplay. Kirby and the Forgotten Land offers this experience to players, though in a limited capacity.

How many people can play Kirby and the Forgotten land on one device?

Like many games that Nintendo has released on the Switch, Kirby and the Forgotten Land does have some limited multiplayer capabilities. Kirby and the Forgotten Land has a local couch co-op for up to two players to play simultaneously in the same world and save file. There is no option for any type of online multiplayer gameplay at this time.

How to play Kirby and the Forgotten Land multiplayer

Once you get past the initial tutorial sequence, playing co-op on Kirby and the Forgotten Land is really easy. Towards the end of the tutorial, you will meet Bandana Waddle Dee, who will let you know that he is your co-op companion if you need him. If you want to play multiplayer, simply go to the pause screen, choose Play Co-op, and have another controller for player two handy.
