Sony has announced new PlayStation Plus membership options with new benefits, including the ability to play certain first-party titles as part of the membership. This includes titles such as Returnal, Death Stranding, God of War, and more.
This announcement was made via Sony's official PlayStation blog and PlayStation Twitter, stating, "At launch, we plan to include titles such as Death Stranding, God of War, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Mortal Kombat 11, and Returnal." Those who subscribe to PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium will be able to play these games as part of their subscription.

These changes to PlayStation Plus are set to begin in June of 2022. However, according to Sony, these changes are a massive undertaking, so the new membership options will roll out to various countries in a staggered release.
Those who haven't played these titles yet would do well to look at memberships and determine whether they should subscribe. Sony has also promised to update the library of available games as time goes on.
