13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim – What’s the difference between the Switch and PlayStation 4 versions?

A small difference is a big deal.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is now available on multiple consoles but first launched on the PlayStation 4. The game received high praise from players around the world, so a port was an easy choice. You are likely questioning what the differences between the PlayStation and Switch versions are.

The difference is that the Nintendo Switch version has 26 new skills to choose from. This helps to make combat a little more fun, but it isn't something that you need to head out and buy another version of the game over. If anything, this is just a nice little addition to the game.

There are no changes in the story content, and the game is pretty much a perfect port. The Switch version runs well, and if you want to play the game in handheld mode, then it's the way to go. If you have yet to play the game, then this is also the version you want to pick up, as being able to take 13 Sentinels on the go is just a fun feature that you don't get out of the PlayStation.

Outside of gaming, I have spend my time collecting manga, collecting anime figures, and watching anime with my naked cat.
