All 8 Eremite camp locations in Sumeru in Genshin Impact

While exploring Sumeru, you may encounter Eremite camps, usually housed in abandoned, destroyed buildings. These camps are notorious for having a strange Energy Extraction Device, which you can shut down with the help of Control Keys. If you find all right Eremite camps and deactivate the Energy Extraction Devices, you'll be able to initiate the World Quest called The Foolish Fatuus.

Where to find all 8 Eremite camps in Sumeru in Genshin Impact

Below are all the locations of the Eremite camps in Sumeru, divided between the northern and southern parts of the region.

Northern Sumeru

Reference the image above to find all the Eremite camps in the northern part of Sumeru. You can complete an Energy Extraction Device Challenge in each area:

• Vissudha Field
• South of Old Vanarana
• Chatrakam Cave
• Gandha Hill

Southern Sumeru

Reference the image above to find all the Eremite camps in the southern part of Sumeru. You can complete an Energy Extraction Device Challenge in each area:

• Yasna Monument
• South of Ruins of Dahri and Apam Woods
• West of Port Ormos
• Devantaka Mountain

What to do in Eremite camps in Sumeru in Genshin Impact?

Each Eremite Camp will have an Energy Extraction Device, which looks like a small statue with a ring on top. Approaching it will begin a Challenge where you must find two to three Control Keys within the area to gain control of the device, and then guard it against Eremites within a time limit. You must complete all eight Challenges to unlock the World Quest called The Foolish Fatuus.
