Disney Dreamlight Valley is an adventurous life-sim experience in the magical realm of Dreamlight Valley, where you can interact with all your favorite Disney characters. You can complete many fun activities, such as decorating your home, designing clothes, or even cooking some unique Disney-themed recipes. There are plenty of recipes to prepare, from some of the best five-star recipes to a plethora of recipes beyond. This Seared Rainbow Trout only requires three ingredients and is excellent for all your Valley necessities.

Fishing is a great activity to do around the Valley that is especially useful for creating yummy seafood and fish dinners, such as this Seared Rainbow Trout. It is a three-star recipe which means you will need three ingredients. Fishing is also free, but the others will cost you a few Star Coins if you don't already have them stored.

Seared Rainbow Trout can restore up to 889 energy when eaten, or you can sell it at any of Goofy's Stalls for 338 Star Coins. Don't forget you can also gift it to any of the characters around the Valley to boost friendship, especially if it's their favorite gift of the day or their order at Chez Remy. Here's everything you will need:

  • Rainbow Trout x1
  • Onion x1
  • Tomato x1

Where to get ingredients for Seared Rainbow Trout in Dreamlight Valley

Time to go fishing! You'll need to head to a specific location to catch this rare Rainbow Trout. It may take a little patience, but you're guaranteed to catch one after a little bit of searching. You might have stored the other two ingredients from your garden already, but if not, you can go to some Goofy Stalls and purchase them. You can also check Wall-E's Garden as well, which can save you some money. Here's where to find everything you need:

  • Rainbow Trout: Peaceful Meadow or Forest of Valor, from white and blue fishing spots
  • Onion: Forest of Valor, bought at Goofy's Stall for 225 Star Coins (50 Star Coins for seeds)
  • Tomato: Dazzle Beach, bought at Goofy's Stall for 33 Star Coins (8 Star Coins for seeds)

Then you can head to any cooking station with your ingredients to whip up this tasty dish. It is excellent for restoring your energy, boosting your friendships, or even selling for a few extra Star Coins. Once it's in your recipe collection, you'll easily recreate it again in the future.
