The Wind-up Halone minion drops from the final group chest in the Euphrosyne alliance raid. This means you’ll need to roll against 24 other players to attempt to secure the Halone minion. Wind-up Halone isn’t tradable or marketable, so there’s no way to purchase it outside the raid. You also cannot run the raid by yourself or in a limited party, so it's just a case of grinding the run and taking a chance on the roll!
