Once you have bought a broom, you'll be able to kick off and fly around the world for an easier way to explore. Here is how to summon your broom in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to ride your broom in Hogwarts Legacy

Once you have a broom, you can summon it anytime, provided you are not indoors or in Hogsmeade where flying is banned. To summon your broom, open your Tool Menu and press the associated button simultaneously. For each platform, this is:

  • PlayStation: L1 + Circle Button
  • Xbox: LB + B Button
  • PC: Tab + Three key

How to speed boost on your broom in Hogwarts Legacy

While riding your broom, you can speed boost to travel faster around the open world. Speed boosting is especially useful when completing the broom time trials. The button to speed boost is different for each platform:

  • PlayStation: L2
  • Xbox: LT
  • PC: Left Mouse Click

As you progress through the game, you can upgrade your broom's speed at the Spintwitches Sporting Needs in Hogsmeade to travel faster while flying. These upgrades revolve around completing time trials so the owner can test their upgrades.
