When you come out of the elevator, you can loot the room to the right but will need to take a left to progress further. Go through the doorway and defeat the enemies there. The next room will contain a rotating diagram and magnets.

Rotate the first wheel once to spin objects on the stationary diagram. Then Shok the magnets to move the wall. Wait for the rotating diagram to have an opening, the red or yellow wall, and make your way across. Rotate the wheel across the way three times so that the green cabinet is on top. Go through the opening.
