Kentucky Fried Chicken and Diablo 4 appear to be on the cusp of a collaboration that could potentially grant players access to the closed beta with an upcoming promotion. Nothing concrete has been revealed as of yet, but players might soon be able to get access to the Diablo 4 beta by purchasing a KFC sandwich.
KFC and Diablo 4 hint at collaboration ahead of beta
There was a rumor going around that purchasing the recently re-released Double Down sandwich from KFC would grant players a code for the beta in Diablo 4, but there's been nothing to indicate that's indeed the case. On March 7, fans received their more concrete news yet after KFC responded to a fan asking about the collaboration by saying to check back on March 9.

For players who don't want to buy a KFC sandwich to get access to the Diablo 4 beta, there will be an open beta period available for a weekend that gives everybody a chance to get in on the action. There is also a closed beta period that players can get into.
How to get into Diablo 4 closed beta
The Diablo 4 closed beta is available to players who pre-order Diablo 4. The early access beta is open between March 17 through 20 before it turns into an open beta the following weekend. Character progress carries over between the two weekends.
Progress carrying over will be important because there are cosmetics and titles that can be unlocked in the beta that will be unlocked for the full release. With two weekends of beta, this shouldn't be too much of an issue.
- Initial Casualty Title: earned by reaching Kyovashad with one character.
- Early Voyager Title: earned by reaching Level 20 on one character.
- Beta Wolf Pack Cosmetic Item: earned by reaching Level 20 on one character.
