Diablo 4 has landed, continuing an incredible storyline of good and evil locked in a perpetual fight, with Lilith coming onto the stage from her long banishment into Void by Inarius. This event, which completely ruined the balance of power in the world, is something I've been looking forward to experiencing for a long time. Still, now that I finally got my hands on the game, it made me wonder how long the Diablo 4 campaign is and how many acts does it have?
How many acts does Diablo IV have?
Diablo 4's incredible main storyline is spread throughout eight different Acts. Here is the complete list of Acts in the game, including a prologue act and an epilogue act which serve to set up and conclude the story, respectively:
- Prologue Act: Wandering
- Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith
- Act 2: The Knife Twists Again
- Act 3: The Making of Monsters
- Act 4: A Gathering Storm
- Act 5: Secrets Bartered, Fates Sold
- Act 6: Dance of the Makers
- Epilogue Act: From the Wound Spilled

If you're wondering how many hours of game time this amount of Acts translates to, that will depend on how you're going through the game. If you're looking to storm through the Main Quests, not taking your time to explore on the side, it will take you between 15 and 20 hours to complete the game, depending on your class choice. If you're a completionist like me, you will likely look at around 90 to 120 hours of gameplay, which is quite a lot.
