Honkai Star Rail Jingliu kit – All Skills, Traces, & Eidolons

Jingliu is a five-star Ice character who follows the Path of Destruction. She was once a renowned sword master in The Xianzhou Luofu and was responsible for training Jing Yuan once upon a time. As of Version 1.4, there are very few DPS Ice units in Honkai: Star Rail (only two, in fact!), so I'm eager to pull for Jingliu as opposed to Yanqing, whose kit feels significantly more dated.

Jingliu's Skills in Honkai Star Rail

Basic Attack: Lucent Moonglow

• Deals Ice DMG equal to a percentage scale of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy.

Skill: Transcendent Flash

• Single Target
  • Deals Ice DMG equal to a percentage scale of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy and obtains one stack of Syzygy.
• Blast
  • Deals Ice DMG equal to a percentage scale (1) of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to a percentage scale (2) of Jingliu's ATK to adjacent enemies. Consumes one stack of Syzygy. Using this ability does not consume Skill Points.

Percentage Scaling (Single Target)

• Level One: 100%
• Level Ten: 200%
• Level Twelve: 220%

Percentage Scaling (Blast)

• Level One: 125% (1) / 62.5% (2)
• Level Ten: 250% (1) / 125% (2)
• Level Twelve: 275% (1) / 137.5% (2)

Ultimate: Florephemeral Dreamflux

Deals Ice DMG equal to a percentage scale (1) of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to a percentage scale (2) of Jingliu's ATK to any adjacent enemies. Gains one stack of Syzygy after the attack ends.

Talent: Crescent Transmigration

When Jingliu has two stacks of Syzygy, she enters the Spectral Transmigration state with her Action Advanced by 100% and her CRIT Rate increases by a percentage scale (1). Then, Jingliu's Skill "Transcendent Flash" becomes enhanced and turns into "Moon On Glacial River," and becomes the only ability she can use in battle.

When Jingliu uses an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, she consumes HP from all other allies equal to 4% of their respective Max HP (this cannot reduce allies' HP to lower than 1). Jingliu's ATK increases by 540% of the total HP consumed from all allies in this attack, capped at a percentage scale (2) of her base ATK, lasting until the current attack ends.

Jingliu cannot enter the Spectral Transmigration state again until the current Spectral Transmigration state ends. Syzygy can stack up to three times. When Syzygy stacks become 0, Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state.

Technique: Shine of Truth

After using this Technique, Jingliu creates a dimension around herself that lasts for 20 seconds, and all enemies in this dimension will become Frozen. After entering combat with enemies in the dimension, Jingliu immediately regenerates 15 Energy and obtains one stack of Syzygy, with a 100% base chance of Freezing enemy targets for one turn. While Frozen, enemy targets cannot take action, and receive Ice Additional DMG equal to 80% of Jingliu's ATK at the start of every turn. Only one dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.

Jingliu's Traces in Honkai Star Rail

Deathrealm (A2)

While in the Spectral Transmigration state, increases Effect RES by 35%.

• Stat Bonus one: SPD increases by 2.
• Stat Bonus two: CRIT DMG increases by 5.3%.
• Stat Bonus three: HP increases by 4%.

Sword Champion (A4)

After using Transcendent Flash, the next action will be Advanced Forward by 10%.

• Stat Bonus one: CRIT DMG increases by 8%.
• Stat Bonus two: SPD increases by 3.
• Stat Bonus three: CRIT DMG increases by 8%.

Frost Wraith (A2)

While in the Spectral Transmigration state, increases Ultimate DMG by 20%.

• Stat Bonus one: HP increases by 6%.
• Stat Bonus two: SPD increases by 4.
• Stat Bonus three: CRIT DMG increases by 10.7%.

Minor Traces

• CRIT DMG increases by 5.3%.

Jingliu's Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail

E1 (Moon Crashes Tianguan Gate)

• When using her Ultimate or Enhanced Skill, Jingliu's CRIT DMG increases by 24% for one turn. If only one enemy target is attacked, the target will additionally be dealt Ice DMG equal to 100% of Jingliu's ATK.

E2 (Crescent Shadows Qixing Dipper)

• After using Ultimate, increases the DMG of the next Enhanced Skill by 80%.

E3 (Halfmoon Gapes Mercurial Haze)

• Ultimate Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Talent Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15

E4 (Lunarlance Shines Skyward Dome)

• During the Spectral Transmigration state, the ATK gained from consuming allies' HP is additionally increased by 90% of the total HP consumed from the entire team. The cap for ATK gained this way also increases by 30%.

E5 (Night Shades Astral Radiance)

• Skill Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Basic ATK Level +1, up to a maximum of Level 10.

E6 (Eclipse Hollows Corporeal Husk)

• When Jingliu enters the Spectral Transmigration state, the Syzygy stack limit increases by one, and Jingliu obtains one stack of Syzygy. While she is in the Spectral Transmigration state, her CRIT DMG increases by 50%.
