Diablo 4 – How to stop the Blood Harvest

That's a lot of blood.

The Blood Harvest is an event added in Diablo 4 Season 2, and if you're working through your Seasonal Journey you'll have to deal with it sooner or later. While it might seem overwhelming at first, stopping it isn't as hard as it seems.

How to stop the Blood Harvest in Diablo 4

For starters, we'll first have to find the Blood Harvest. It's very easy to find as it'll spawn in random locations around your map, and you can locate it by looking for the green, swampy tint surrounding a spot. You can't really miss it, as it's always active once you have it spotted. Head over and get started.

Stopping a Blood Harvest is quite simple. You just have to head to the area and just start doing stuff. This ranges from killing enemies or completing mini-objectives like burning corpse piles, rescuing villagers, or laying restless souls to rest.

The Blood Harvest lasts for an hour, but it'll just move to a different spot after the timer is up instead of going away for a little bit. Any progress you make toward stopping it will carry over, so don't fret about a time limit. Blood Lures and Seeker Keys carry over into the next one.

Doing this will raise the progress bar on your seasonal journey. Once you spend a few minutes, you'll complete this task and finish this part of the journey.

Why you should do Blood Harvest events in Diablo 4

The Blood Harvest is a very important element of Diablo 4 Season 2 as it'll be your best source of getting Potent Blood and Pact Armor. If you're trying to do the toughest content this season has to offer, then getting your hands on both of those things will be very important.

Pact Armor comes in Ferocity, Divinity, and Eternity. You can use these pacts to activate your Vampiric Powers, so it's important to learn about those as soon as you can.
