What does the Ascension Machine do in Anime Champions Simulator? – Roblox

Ascend your units to their full potential!

Your unit can not only be empowered and improved by obtaining Quirks, but by being ascended. Ascension means better Talents, more open equipment slots, and ultimately more potential.

To Ascend your units, you will need to use an Ascension Machine. Although you might have been familiar with this in the past, with the new Update 7, some things have changed a bit, so here's how to use the Ascension Machined and what they will do for you.

Where to use the Ascension Machines in Anime Champions

The first two Ascensions are a part of the very last world of Anime Champions, Demon Forest, in the Machines area of the map that holds the Ascension I and II machines. However, with Update 7, bringing in the new Attack on Titan map, Land of Giants, we were introduced to a whole new Lab area with an Ascension III machine as well.

To use an Ascension Machine I or II, you must travel to the Demon Forest and repair the Machines lab in order to start using the machines inside.

If you want to use the Ascension III machine, head to the Land of Giants and find Hange, AKA the Regiment Researcher NPC. Completing her quests will allow you to enter the Laboratory portal in the building behind her.

To use an Ascension Machine, you're going to need a few different items:

  • Duplicate Units
  • Essence
  • Upgrade Cards

Placing a unit in the machine will tell you precisely what you need to ascend it. The first ascension, done in the Ascension I machine, will only cost one duplicate unit and some essence; as we advance, further ascensions will cost you more duplicate units, essence, and the matching tier upgrade card, Mythical or Cosmic. The only units that can ascend past ascension II are Cosmic units.

Ascension for your units will increase their Talent potential to extend past 100 (or up to 150 with Ascension III) and give an extra skin and accessory equipment slot. This will ultimately make them more powerful and do more damage in battle. It is well worth doing so you can continue to progress.

Start ascending your units as much as possible by getting to these lab locations and saving up your precious materials. You can earn some upgrade cards and things that you need by completing challenges, like the new Star Devourer Challenge. Plus, keep some extra duplicate units to use as well.
