The Doom & Gloom is a unique BitLife challenge that revolves around making an armageddon view-based cult and promoting it globally. So, how do you complete the given weekly challenge? First and foremost, purchase the Cult Expansion from the game store before following the below walkthrough.
All Objectives to complete the Doom & Gloom Challenge in BitLife
To finish the Doom & Gloom challenge, you must check off all the following tasks one by one in any order of your choice.
- Start an armageddon cult in Florida
- Own a compound
- Own 10+ SUVs
- Construct a fallout shelter and armory
- Amass a following of 50,000+ people
As mentioned earlier, you must buy the Cult Expansion Pack in BitLife, as some portion of the challenge revolves around the DLC. You can purchase it for $4.99 from the game store.

How to start an armageddon cult in Florida
To start the Doom & Gloom challenge, you must begin an armageddon theme cult from Florida. Firstly, choose Miami or Orlando as your birth city to reside in Florida while creating your character. After turning 18, take up a job or work part-time to save some money. You would need at least $50K to purchase land to start your cult. Once you have the required amount, click the Commune icon from the Activities tab and buy a piece of land. Now, simply select armageddon while customizing the clan from the type section to give birth to a cult from Florida.
How to own a compound
After starting a commune, the next step is to own a compound. Click the Commune icon from the Activities tab and choose your property. Inside the following menu, press the Expand Commune button at the bottom of the menu. Select a Compound as your main expansion feature to own one.
How to own more than 10 SUVs in BitLife
The next task in the Doom & Gloom challenge is to own SUVs. To be exact, we need 10 of them. Start expanding your community and bring in followers. Start earning profits through merchandising and annual fees from your followers. With time, you will start earning a lot of money in millions. Click on the Shopping option from the Activities tab and pick a car dealer. Look for an SUV-type car in their catalog and purchase ten such cars within your lifetime. Usually, the revenue starts flowing around the ten-year mark. So, be patient and keep grinding.
How to Construct a fallout shelter and armor
Before moving to the last objective, you must build a fallout shelter and armor. This is pretty easy. Go to the Activities tab of your cult property and click on the Construct option. Pay money and build a fallout shelter and armor from the list. You cannot find both these options always in the drop-down list. In case you don't age up or restart your BitLife application to find a new set of construction options. For the money, divert all the funds from your cult to build new infrastructures.
How to amass a following of 50,000+ people for your cult
The last task in the current challenge is to amass 50,000 followers. There is nothing special about this objective. Keep promoting your cult through the Global Outreach program and sermons. Also, keep the entry and annual fee low for people to be more inviting. Within 10 to 15 years, you will pass the given threshold, finishing the entire challenge.
