Where to get the One Piece: East Blue Brawls flag

To get your hands on the flag, you will need to get your weapon of choice to the max XP possible, which is level 30. To do this, compete in battles and win! You can see your progress through the battles, letting you know how much XP is left until you level up. When beginning the game, you will have a choice of five different weapon options, all inspired by a main character from One Piece.

Keep killing and defeating enemies throughout the different waves until your weapon reaches level 30. With the right weapon, and good fighting skills, you will be able to get the flag in no time.

The Three Sword is another great option to use, as it deal high damage to opponents. The area it covers, and the damage it provides, isn't as much as the Gum Gum Fruit though.
