Best Ranked Units in Five Nights

Below, you can find all the units and the reasons why they belong to a particular tier.

S-Tier

  • Shadow Bonnie: The Shadow Bonnies are not only the rarest units in Five Nights but, in fact, the best unit in the game. There are no other units that can rival Shadow Bonnie in terms of damage or range capabilities. You can single-handedly defeat half of the game using this unit alone, as it is very effective against all enemy types. The only downside is that it is tough to get due to its extremely low rarity.
  • Blighted Endo Freddy: Endo Freddy is one of the best units in the game. It has insane range, damage numbers, and a low cooldown timer, and on top of that, if you have enchantments like Boss Killer, it is literally a broken unit. You need this unit on your team if you are aiming for the leaderboard.
  • Withered Bonnie: The laser shooting Withered Bonnie is another solid top-tier unit in the game. The main highlight of the unit is its insane range and the ability to switch between single or multiple targets.

A-Tier

  • Plane Boy: Plane Boy is one of the few units with a very high damage stat in the game. On top of that, the unit has a very unique flying animation that enables it to cover an extensive range irrespective of its position on the ground.
  • Withered Freddy: Withered Freddy is an excellent unit in the game. Though he has sub-par damage numbers, the fire rate and range from his auto machine make up for the lack of raw power. You'll definitely want to use Withered Freddy on long-range maps.
  • Pirate Foxy: The Pirate Foxy semi-manual gun can look weak but is insane and can delete enemies within seconds. It is a great starter unit for level maps and endless mode due to its low cost.

B-Tier

  • Baker Chica: The Baker Chica is known among newbie players for its excellent fire rate. It is suitable on maps where enemies keep on spawning in quick succession.

C-Tier

  • Toy Chica: Toy Chica is one of the best units for beginners in Five Nights TD. It has solid damage numbers and a very fast reload time for clearing enemies appearing in the starting to mid-level stages. The only disadvantage is its range, which can be boosted if you get the range enchantment.
  • Shadow Freddy: Shadow is one of those units that has a decent range, damage, and fire rate for early-level stages. However, the unit needs to get a slight buff in all departments in order to reach the status of a B-tier unit.
  • Toy Freddy: Toy Freddy is like an upgraded version of the regular Freddy unit with better stats in all three departments: range, cooldown, and damage. It is mainly effective for dealing with low-level bosses like Mangled Zombies and more.

D- Tier

  • Freddy: Freddy is one of the first units you obtain in the game. It is helpful in clearing the first few levels against Foxy zombies and zombie Bonnie. Still, the damage numbers are low, and the fire rate is awful compared to something from B and C Tier. You'll want to upgrade from this as soon as you can.
  • Chica: Chica only has five more damage compared to Freddy. Other than that, it is very similar in terms of range and fire rate, making it another poor unit in the game.
  • Foxy: Foxy is the worst unit in Five Nights TD. It has poor damage, range, and fire rate stats. I recommend not equipping the unit and staying away from it as much as you can.
