Where to find Stone of Priority in Devas of Creation

Stone of Priority is obtained from Forest Werewolf, a level 26 enemy found in the Elder Woods in Devas of Creation. The location is a bit far from the base camp, so it may take some time to reach. I've also marked the exact location in the above image for your convenience.

Once there, simply defeat a Forest Werewolf with any weapon to obtain the Stone of Priority. However, note that this resource only has a 30% drop rate, so it won't always be available. Fortunately, you can find plenty of Forest Werewolves roaming around the Elder Woods.

I'd suggest using Bow to take out this critter as you can attack from a distance without losing the HP. Once the enemy is down, stand close to its corpse and press G to obtain dropped materials. Apart from the Stone of Priority, Forest Werewolf drops the following materials:

Stone of Priority has two primary uses in Devas of Creation. First of all, it's required to complete several quests including the Pursuit of Glimmershade which kicks off after speaking with the Zorin NPC at the base camp. The quest rewards you with a ton of XP along with a few essential materials upon completion.
