The above tier list gives you an overall view of how every hero performs in Wacky Squad. The S-tier characters are the best choice for your formation and are the strongest UR-rarity characters, while the D-tier ones aren't very useful, consisting of the Epic and Rare heroes that don't fare well in the late game.
While the higher-tier heroes are definitely worthwhile, the UR heroes have a significantly low drop chance of around 0.04-0.08% from Summoning. So, you'll have to rely heavily on your SSR and SR rarity characters, by investing in them.
