How to access home storage and ABD from Harv’s Island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Save yourself a flight.

Harv’s Island is a wonderful place to go shopping and take cool pictures in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. However, it does take some time and menu navigation to go between Harv’s Island and your own. So, what if you are on Harv’s Island and need more money or realize you left an item you've wanted to customize in your storage?

Fear not, as there are ways to access your home storage and your Bank of Nook saving account right from the island. It’ll save you a lot of time, and here is how to do it.

Accessing Bank of Nook at the ABD

Accessing your money/saving on Harv’s Island is super easy, as it has an ABD. The ABD isn’t inside the co-op but is just to the right of where you enter the archway to get into the shopping area. This is just an ABD, not a Nook Stop, so you can’t redeem Nook Miles there, but you can deposit and withdraw bells as you wish.

Accessing Home Storage with Tortimer

Accessing Home Storage is a little trickier, as you don’t automatically have access to it out of the gate. To access your home storage from Harv’s Island, you need to pay 100,000 bells to the Lloid that invites Tortimer to the co-op.

Tortimer’s ‘shop’ is really just a way for you to access your home storage on Harv’s Island. Note that Tortimer will arrive the day after you pay the Lloid, not the same day. Tortimer is especially helpful if you want to customize items from your storage at Reese and Cyrus’ customization shop.
