Best Legends to use for Winter Express in Apex Legends

The Winter Express Limited-Time Mode (LTM) in Apex Legends comes around every December. Many players play casually, just to have fun, but if you want to go for the win, choosing the right Legends can be a big help.

There are a few major strategies in Winter Express that can be focused on best by a couple of Legends. It should be noted that Winter Express is a command point-style LTM, thus the strategies will vary a lot from the typical Battle Royale and Arenas plans of attack.

Area Deniers

These Legends are able to deal a lot of damage focused on a specific part of the map. This makes taking control of the train easier. One way is forcing living players off of the train so you can claim the objective.

Vertically Mobile

There is a lot of movement and verticality in the Winter Express. Some locations can only be accessed on dropping by a majority of Legends, but a few Legends can get to these positions mid-game with ease.

If you are more of an OG Legend player, or don’t have any of the locked Legends yet, there is nothing wrong with that. Whether its jumping into the void to reposition, or scanning the train to show where everyone is hiding.
