One of the unique systems in Back 4 Blood is the Card system, where players can select up to 15 cards to add to a Deck that boosts their abilities as they play the game. Everyone has access to a starter Deck, but how do players customize their Decks later on?
To edit Decks in Back 4 Blood, players can talk to Garner at camp. He’s sitting at a small table to the right of the mission tent. Players can also bring up the game menu while at camp and select the Edit Deck option. Here, users can create, edit, and delete Decks.
Once players have opened the Deck menu, they can select cards from their inventory to add to their Deck. The order in which players organize their Deck is the order they’ll draw them as they progress through the game. Put the Cards you want first at the top of the Deck and the Cards you can do without at the beginning of the game at the bottom. Highlight a card in your Deck and select it to reorganize the drawing order.
Keep in mind each Deck can only hold 15 cards, and some cards harbor adverse status effects along with their boosts. Players can purchase most of the game’s best Cards with the Supply Points in the Supply Lines menu. Make sure to spend these points between matches as players are rewarded handsomely with Supply Points in between rounds.
Back 4 Blood is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC starting at $59.99.
