To find the legendary longbow Gontr Mael, visit the Steel Watch Foundry and defeat the Steel Watcher Titan. The Steel Watch Foundry is located at the docks near Lower City. Check the map image above to see the precise location of the Steel Watch Foundry.

To enter the Foundry, lockpick the gates using Sleight of Hand (DC 20). Upon entering, you will face the Steel Watchers in the courtyard. Use the side door and enter the Steel Watch Foundry. Inside, you will be faced with a quest: Save the Gondians. If you speak to Zanner Toobin, it will trigger this quest. To save the Gondians, visit the Iron Throne Prison and rescue them in the submersible.

A fight will ensue in the Foundry whether or not you save the Gondians so we recommend saving them for the extra pair of hands while fighting the soldiers. Zanner Toobin will also help you to Disable The Steel Watch. Defeat the soldiers and enter the Control Centre Antechamber (X:-1961 Y:455) that leads to the Neurocitor Room. Inside this room, the main boss fight awaits against the Steel Watcher Titan and its Hellfire allies.

After entering the Neurocitor Room (X: -1948 Y:204), the boss fight begins. You will have to face the Steel Watcher Titan and its three Hellfire allies. These enemies are susceptible to Lightning damage, we recommend using spells or weapons that deal lightning damage to quickly eliminate them. For instance, I used Chain Lightning, Witch Bolt, and Lightning Bolt to quickly destroy the Hellfire enemies. You can also throw bottles of water on the terrain and electrify it with a Lightning Arrow.

Isolate the Steel Watcher Titan and focus fire on this boss from a distance. I recommend flanking the Steel Watcher Titan by getting up the stairs on either side. This will not only protect your party from close-range hits but also allow the members to deal damage from a distance.

After damaging the Titan for a while, it enters into Defensive Protocol: Bulwark. The Titan will hold its position and deal massive area damage. The best way to counter this is to use the Globe of Invulnerability spell. Wizard class party members can cast this level 6 spell easily, or you can use a Scroll to cast it. Use this spell to protect your party members from the area damage. On the following turn, focus on striking the Titan before it can launch another attack.

Once you defeat the Steel Watcher Titan, you will get the legendary Gontr Mael. If you are looking to build a Fighter, Cleric, or Paladin class character, they can equip this weapon. Characters with longbow proficiency can make full use of this weapon.
