While these objectives are easy for players from the USA, other global players may not possess the geographical knowledge about the states needed to complete this task. So, whenever you find an objective related to creating a character from the USA, use the above list and solve that objective quickly. For example, if you are trying to finish challenges like Nine to Five, you are required to create a character out of California. During the customization menu, select the USA as your birth country and pick any cities from California, such as San Jose, Orlando, and more, for your birthplace. Since these cities fall inside the state, you will indirectly complete the objective.
