How to Give away a House in BitLife

Basically, you are Mr.Beast of BitLife!

One of the most challenging quests of the BitLife Thanksgiving Scavenger Hunt update is to give away a house to a stranger in the game. This is confusing due to the usage of the word "Give Away," as there is no such function available inside the game. So, then, how do you complete this quest? Well, there is a small loophole, which I have explained below!

To answer the burning question, you can actually Give Away the House using the Gift function. Yes, the Gift functionality allows you to donate or Give Away any properties you own in the game to any person of your choice. So, using this option, we can finish the quest. But, before that, you must first buy a house!

How to get a house in BitLife

The first step in getting a house is to have a lot of money in the bank, typically in the range of $20K to $500K. For this, you can either start your life as a Royal or get a high-paying job as a musician, athlete, or doctor. I always opt for the Royal route as I own the God-Mode Pass in the game, but if you don't have one, you can follow the other path. Starting a business is another way to get money quickly, but it requires investment. If none of the options works, you can get a regular job as a techie, writer, or teacher and save money for a few years before looking for a house.

Irrespective of the methods you choose, try to have a minimum of $100K in your account to buy a house, as the rest of the remaining amount can be arranged through a mortgage while purchasing.

Once you have the prescribed amount of money, the next step is to look for a suitable house. Go to the Shopping section under the Activities tab and view the house listings under any of the available Real Estate agents. Buy anything that fits into your budget and is of your liking. During my run, I bought a Condo for $200,000 as a donation, and you can do the same.

Once you have purchased a house, you can find it under the Properties tab in the Asset section. So, go there and select it. Here, you will find a Gift option under the Activities tab of the Condo. Click on it and choose anyone from your Family, Friends, or Office circle. While playing, I decided to donate my house to my girlfriend, as she was the only person who accepted my gift without any shenanigans. Yes, while gifting your house, there will be multiple people who will refuse it straight. So, keep gifting until one or another person accepts it wholeheartedly, finishing the quest!
