After you unlock the Champions Quest, you will be dropped into a Resuregence match on Rebirth Island Warzone. Once you start the match, you will notice orange markers on your map, which are the locations of the contracts you need to fulfill so you can earn elements for a Nuke.

Your goal is to obtain all three elements, find the Nuke and put them in it, and then defend the Nuke until it is launched. However, the entire lobby will be notified that you're trying to accomplish a Champion’s Quest, and they will do their best to prevent you from doing that.
