How to get more Energy in Coral Island

You can restore lost Energy and keep working in a few different ways, but it might cost you some funds or time.

Using Consumables

Consumables are items that you can eat in the game, like different foods that restore some health and Energy. Various food types can restore more Energy than others. The more extravagant the food is, such as if it is a cooked meal, the more Energy is likely to be restored. The amount of Energy it will restore is listed in the item's description from your inventory or Toolbelt when you hover over them. You can use consumables to restore some lost Energy by selecting the item in your Toolbelt or Backpack, pressing M1, and selecting Yes when prompted with the option to consume it.

Sleeping

If you'd like to completely restore your Energy without using any consumables, you can head into your home and sleep. You can do this by selecting your bed and pressing the option Go to bed. However, this way to restore Energy will cost you time and require you to skip to the next day.

Best early consumables to restore Energy in Coral Island

Turnips

These are some of the best consumables to harvest since you are given these seeds at the start of the game, and they are the cheapest to purchase from the General Store for only 15 coins. You can begin farming them immediately and harvest the consumables to restore some energy.

Potatoes

Potatoes are another excellent option for consumables early game since they are cheap seeds to purchase for only 25 coins. Like the Turnips, you can begin planting these early on and harvest quite a few potatoes that will quickly restore a bit of lost Energy.

Sugar

Sugar is a purchasable consumable that restores 60 Energy and is cheap. You can get a few of these for 35 coins each at Sam's General Store, and they will keep you going for a bit extra time.

Bread

Bread is another consumable that can be purchased from food locations, specifically Sam's General Store. It is a good choice for an early consumable to restore Energy since it is relatively cheap, at 65 coins each, but it only restores 36 Energy at a time.

Coffee

Coffee can be purchased from cafes and dining places around the Island and is perhaps one of the best consumables to carry around with you since it restores 100 Energy each time. You can purchase it for 100 coins, meaning you're getting an equal exchange of Energy for your money.

Where to get consumables in Coral Island

These are a few locations where you can purchase consumables or seeds. However, more could get added at a later time:

  • Raja's Coffee Shop
  • Sam's General Store
  • Fishenships Tavern
  • Sunny's Beach Shack

You will need your Energy as full as possible to get some farming and work done around the Island. Carry consumables when you can to restore Energy as needed, or get a good night's sleep to max out your Energy for more work potential.
