Cyberpunk 2077's open world is vast, and so you are going to spend a lot of time walking, running, and driving to your next destination. To use a fast travel terminal, just walk up to it, hit use, and find the location you want to go to; it's easy as can be! However, you can only use these terminals by visiting them and hitting use on them.
