Where to Find Hideo Kojima in Cyberpunk 2077

The Night City, you'll no doubt come across a lot of easter eggs or even tons of recognizable cameos as you progress through the game. One of the most interesting ones at the moment is a legendary game developer, who we think you might have heard of. He created tiny games such as Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding... yeah, tiny.

Where to Find Hideo Kojima in Cyberpunk 2077

To find Hideo Kojima in Cyberpunk 2077, you must first work your way through the main story until you get to The Heist Mission. On this mission, you are tasked to head inside the Konpeki Plaza to rob the place. Though if you check in the corner of the bar first, you will fill the cameo of Hideo Kojima.

In The Heist Mission,  you and Jackie enter the Konpeki Plaza to case the joint before the robbing commences. In the lobby, you can either head up the elevator to continue the mission, or you can explore, mainly the bar area, which is optional. Of course, head inside the bar, and in the back corner to the right, you will find a character called Oshima, who is actually Hideo Kojima.

As you approach the time, you can overhear what Oshima is saying; he's talking about films and his procedure for creating them. If you wait long enough, he will stop talking, and you can sort of interact with him. Hideo or Oshima will only say a few lines of dialogue to you, such as asking you if you've heard of his work or if you have brought a pitch for him.

This is a very sneaky easter egg of Hideo Kojima that many might miss on their first playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077. It truly is a great homage to such a high esteemed game developer, as Hideo's own Death Stranding, had tons of cameos featured in it as well!
