Deep Rock Galactic Survivor: Engineer Total Turret build guide

Engineer rocks!

Engineer is my favorite class in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, and the reason for that is its challenging gameplay. However, there are some builds to make things easier in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, including the Engineer Total Turret build.

Engineer Total Turret build overview in Deep Rock Galactic Survivor

As the name suggests, the Total Turret build heavily relies on different turrets to provide you with buffs. With this build, you get fire, electric, and normal damage, making it perfect for all scenarios. For this build, you must select Maintenance Worker as your classmod with the Engineer class, so you get LPG Gun Platforms as your starter weapon.

Best weapons for Engineer Total Turret build

There are three primary weapons for the Total Turret builds: LPG Gun Platforms, Krakatoa Sentinel, and Voltac Shock Fence. When choosing a new weapon, your priority should be Krakatoa Sentinel and then Voltac Shock Fence. If you don't get any of them, it's best to go for the reroll and hope that you will get one of them.

Best overclock for Engineer Total Turret build

To make this build, you will need proper overclocks for your turrets to go through enemies like swats. The first turret to overclock is LPG Gun Platforms because you already get it with the Maintenance Worker sub-class when starting the game. You can go with damage-based overclocks, but the best is when they follow you around.

Next, we have the Krakatoa Sentinel turret, which is where you should only choose overclocks that add the following option: more firepower or extra fire streams. Lastly, for Voltac Shock Fence, the best option is to explode when it's about to expire, and if not that, then select the option for more damage or elemental effect.

Best artifacts for Engineer Total Turret build

The first and best Artifact we have is Barley Bulb Juice, which is perfect for Engineer class as it provides movement buff whenever you stand to set your turrets. To do lethal damage, we got Squint-EE5, which provides you with increased crit chance and damage. Lastly, we have the BRN Sheild Belt to balance things with some defense.
