Just prior to the launch of the weekly reset, Bungie implemented the 4.0.0.4 Hotfix to Destiny 2. It includes a number of adjustments to activities, UI, in-game economy, gameplay, and more.
One of the biggest fixes to come is the short-lived reign of terror that Eriana's Vow had in Gambit. The hand cannon will no longer benefit from PvE values in the PvP portion of the mode. Several stability fixes and updates were put in place for the Vow of the Disciple Raid, making the experience more consistent across the board.

Rahool saw his shop revamped to match Spider's rates before the Tangled Shore was jettisoned. Weapon Telemetries are now no more, and Guardians can safely dismantle them. A huge quality of life fix for Season of the Risen will now allow the seasonal quest steps to progress even if they have max Psionic Intel. Finally, the last big fix is that Element crafting currency caps have been raised.
There are a whole host of changes that smooth out some of the rough edges of The Witch Queen. For a full rundown of the patch notes, Guardians will want to check out Bungie's official post.
