Diablo 4 features many different enemy elites and mini-bosses, which can be challenging to defeat but also drop exciting loot. But some are different than all others; Super Unique Monsters are a special type of elite. I first stumbled upon one of them when searching for some rare resource and immediately noticed they are named. This guide will help you find these elusive monsters.
Where to find all Super Unique Monsters Spawn Locations in Diablo 4
Super Unique Monsters in Diablo 4 have higher health and damage output than normal elites as well as unique mechanics and abilities that make them a challenge to defeat. They all have interesting backstories explaining their existence in the world of Sanctuary. Hunting down all Super Unique Monsters will complete the Poacher and Treasure Hunter challenge.
When defeated, they will award more XP than regular elites would in that World Tier. The Rare items they drop are called Hidden Rares, which provide much better stat boosts than the regular Rares. We have provided the baseline stats of each Hidden Rare that drops from their respective Monster, but keep in mind that those are subject to change; I've farmed Gaspar Stilbian on several occasions, and each time, I got a Rare with different stats than the last one.
