What is the Quickest way to level in Diablo IV?

The fastest way to level sort of depends on your progress within the game. For clarity, I've broken down each main leveling point into separate sections:

Leveling during the Campaign (1 - 50)

If you have yet to unlock the Tree of Whispers and are still on World Tier 2 or 3, then you'll want to focus on completing Diablo 4's Campaign. While you're progressing through these main quests, I highly recommend running past the weak mobs and focusing your efforts on the Elites you encounter. This is because Elites provide you with the majority of the experience you gain in dungeons and among the overworld itself.

Leveling Post-Campaign (50 - 70)

By this point, you should already be in World Tier 3 and have access to the Tree of Whispers. The fastest way to level up is to complete Whispers for the Tree, and still kill Elites when you can. The cache that the Tree gives you, grants you a massive amount of experience points when opened. Once again, normal mobs provide very little actual experience, so run past them if you can. Additionally, if you're playing with friends, the experience gains you get for playing with a group are significant and superior to solo leveling by this point.

Leveling in World Tier 4 (70 - 100)

At this point, you should be within World Tier 4, which means experience gain is at its slowest. In this bracket, I highly recommend grouping up and farming Nightmare Dungeons with a group for the most experience. Unfortunately, leveling solo in this bracket is significantly slower than with a group, so if you can, group up. Elites still provide the greatest amount of experience, and weak mobs can still safely be ignored as even in this tier, they are not very threatening. Nightmare Dungeons are recommended because you can work on leveling while progressing the glyphs in your Paragon Board.
