The purpose of the Medicament Predicament quest is to teach you the basics of crafting by teaching you your first recipe, and crafting is an essential mechanic for surviving the harsh wilds. Here’s how to craft Fruit Roborant for Flora in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Dragon's Dogma 2: Fruit Roborant recipe and ingredients

Crafting Fruit Roborant requires two ingredients:

  • 1x Dried Fruit
  • 1x Greenwarish

To craft the Fruit Roborant, press Start and select the Items menu setting. From your inventory, select the Dried Fruit and press "Combine." Then choose the Greenwarish to complete the crafting process. Confirm your selection, and you've successfully crafted Fruit Roborant, thus ending the quest once handed to Flora.

Where to find Greenwarish in Dragon's Dogma 2

Greenwarish is scattered throughout the overworld, so you’ve likely amassed a handful already during the short journey to Melve. If by chance you don’t have any, check any of your Pawns’ inventory. They may have collected some materials without you even realizing, and you won't have to worry about buying more or leaving Melve to scavenge some. Within your Pawn's inventory, select the item and press "Give." Then choose your main protagonist, and you're all set to craft the item.

Where to find Dried Fruit in Dragon's Dogma 2

I didn’t have any Dried Fruit, so if you’re in the same boat, just head into Runne’s Apothecary. You can purchase some Dried Fruit from Runne at a cheap and affordable price.

Don't let Runne rip you off!

If you’re totally out of both ingredients, you can also buy Fruit Roborant directly from Runne. I don’t recommend this option because Runne charges 600 gold for one Fruit Roborant, and that could be a huge portion of your small fortune. It’s better to save your money and craft the recipe rather than spend unecessarily this early in the game.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 throws a ton of tutorials and game mechanics at you early on, so it’s easy to forget everything, like how to save or how to regain full HP. Don’t forget to reference the History menu setting from time to time to freshen up on tips you haven’t referenced in a while. I recommend making crafting a regular habit during your playthrough because it’s one of the best mechanics to save you in a heated battle. You never know, one Fruit Roborant can totally turn the tide of a dangerous boss fight.

Upon leaving Melve you're likely to pass a hidden cave that's blocked by boulders. They're easy to break and exploring this area earns a handful of valuable items! Meanwhile, have you decided to poison the Saurian nest in Melve? We've got you covered on Pro Game Guides.
