How to add more inventory spaces in Dredge

In order to increase your inventory in Dredge, upgrading your boat is essential. Crafting equipment at the Dry & Floating Docks can also help increase the number of spaces available for assignment to equipment.

  • Regular Upgrades: With Regular Upgrades, you can reassign Cargo Spaces to a specific piece of equipment while still being able to use them to store regular items.
  • Hull Upgrades: On the other hand, Hull Upgrades always add Cargo Spaces of different types to your boat while increasing its Resistance, allowing you to endure more hits.

How to access your storage box

If you're looking to access your storage box in Dredge, it's a relatively straightforward process. First, you'll need to make your way to the docks. Once you're there, take a look to the right of the Cargo Space option, and you should see an option for Storage. Clicking on this will bring up the storage interface, allowing you to view and manage your stored items.

From here, you can easily access the items you've placed in storage and make any necessary changes or additions. Whether you're looking to grab an important item or simply organize your storage space, accessing your storage box in Dredge is quick and easy.

To craft upgrades in Dredge, you'll need to obtain materials through Dredging. Dredge Spots can be found throughout the game's world, often near Shipwrecks, although some appear to respawn while others do not. Each upgrade requires a specific amount of money to purchase. Unlike equipment upgrades, researching a boat upgrade automatically installs it.
