There is sprinting in Dying Light 2. Players automatically sprint in Dying Light 2 when running in a particular direction for a few seconds. While there is no manual trigger for sprinting in the game, users can rest easy knowing that they'll be running at their highest speed when barreling through the hazardous streets of the city.

Players can further bolster running speed by unlocking the Dart ability in the Parkour tree from the Skills menu, provided they have the High Jump skill, 140 Stamina, and an additional skill point. Players can trigger this move at will once earned.
