How to increase Health and Stamina in Dying Light 2?

Stamina > Health. More swings = more death.

Inhibitors will increase Stamina or Health in Dying Light 2. Three of them are required for each upgrade and they can be found in many different places. When an Inhibitor is close by, Aiden's GRE Access Key will sound off in a set detection range.

Finding Inhibitors

Players progressing through the story will find light blue containers that contain Inhibitors spread out in missions and different locations. The introduction to these mechanics can be found in the Story Quest, Markers Of Plague. When players are able to travel around the city they can explore further to locate more Inhibitors. These Inhibitors in the overworld will have their own icon when using Survival Sense and don't always have to be found in their usual light blue containers.

Necessary Stamina And Health

Some Parkour and Melee Skills require Aiden to have a certain amount of Health or Stamina to unlock. Smash Jump, for example, requires a total of 240 Health to unlock. Every three Inhibitors will increase Health or Stamina by 20 points, meaning players would need 21 Inhibitors to raise their Maximum Health up to this threshold. Wall Combo, however, requires 260 Stamina which means players need 24 Inhibitors to get to this threshold.
