Status Effect | Impact |
---|---|
Sleep | Some gear in Elden Ring brandishes sedatives that can lull enemies into a dreamlike state, preventing them from attacking and defending. |
Hemorrhage | Some gear can inflict Bleeding status and build the Hemorrhage gauge. Once this bar fills, the enemy takes damage equal to a portion of their max HP value. |
Madness | Repeatedly using this status builds the Madness meter. Once filled, the target loses FP and is unable to cast spells. |
Poison | The repeated application of status inflicts the buildup of the Poison meter. Once the Poison meter maxes out, afflicted targets will continually take Poison damage over an extended period. |
Blight | Once the Blight meter fills, the Tarnished will fall, no matter how much health they have left. |
Frostbite | Frostbite accumulates through the repeated application of the status. Once the Frostbite meter fills, impacted parties will take damage, reduce damage mitigation, and temporarily slows stamina recovery. |
Instant Death | This Curse has a status meter that builds over time. Once the Instant Death meter fills, the Tarnished dies immediately. |
